The Heart is open the degree to which we allow things to simply be what they are. From our hearts, we have clarity about “what is”, free of judgements and assumptions, and can take appropriate action to create balance and harmony. As our hearts open and expand, we have a healthy desire to understand and heal all aspects of ourselves, others and our environment in ways that are loving, natural and conscious. As we heal consciously, we find purpose and value for our life's experiences instead of regrets.

Holistic and Spiritual Counseling integrates intuitive wisdom with energy psychology to heal life and relationship issues from a spiritual perspective. It is our aim to empower people with experiential knowledge, helping them discern truth for themselves, make powerful choices, create healthy body/mind/spirit connections and extend peace. Spiritual counseling uses the universal spiritual principles found in A Course in Miracles with the energetic understanding found in quantum sciences, like energy psychology. We also provide seminars to support the growth of heart-centered awareness and new paradigm thinking, which is holistic, authentic, empowering us with the spirit of love and forgiveness.

Open Heart Holistic and Spiritual Counseling is an empowering, heart-centered and energetic approach to personal growth, health and well-being. We don't need someone to tell us what's wrong with us. That is usually the source of our problems. We need someone who sees “what's right with us” and empowers us to use our innate resources to create the life we want. As we feel better about ourselves, our behavior changes spontaneously for the better and life becomes more effortless and enjoyable. All healing methods become more effective when we feel the safety of unconditional love.
